Bus parking at Barrie ONroute full of not-buses

The ONroute rest areas have parking areas for cars, trucks, rvs, and buses. However the parking area for the trucks, and rvs are empty, because they are all parked in the spots labeled "bus only" Parking enforcement needs to deal with this.
